It was terrible. The room wasn’t what it showed it was and $75 for 1 extra pet is crazy. The Elevator didn’t work and the workers were rude. The only decent thing about it was its pool and even that was mid. It seemed way nicer online. Our thermostat didn’t even work and when you can’t even go through side doors to unload your stuff, why because there’s steps and carts can’t go up steps. The Toilet didn’t flush and there was no hot water. This play is absolutely terrible and sucks.

Rooms were decent size and quiet the night we stayed. Sports bar in casino was quite good and reasonably priced.

It was snowing/blowing badly, some entrances were a struggle to keep cleared. Automatic doors were a challenge for the staff--not sure if there is a better design Negative: ""

The hotel room was okay, it was clean on arrival. Staff let us check in early. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sleep. The staff was super friendly. And they have a great breakfast selection there.

Good, clean Hampton inn, here! Rooms were nice and clean, not over spacious but far from cramped. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the council bluffs area.

Excellent hotel located on the river bank. We stayed here on July 4th. Cool view of the river. You can see fireworks from the window. Very convenient to get to Omaha, NE. 15 minutes to the downtown. The rooms are good, in general, as usual in this hotel. Good breakfast with the usual selection of products. There is a swimming pool and a gym. As always, I recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, adorable. Good breakfast. TV does not have sleep timer. At the intersection of two interstates to make travel good. No good off site places to walk to, but several things on site.
